Aqua Blue Vanity/Desk

This past weekend I finished painting this desk/vanity for a client.
Before:
My client had bought the pair of matching dressers for her daughter's room  (  HERE ) from me a few weeks ago and she wanted a desk for her daughter and asked me to be on the lookout for one.  I found this one that I thought would be a great addition to the pair and my client thought so too.  I mixed up Coastal Bliss and Marshmallow Cream from  The Urban Rooster and painted the desk with 2 coats.  I gently distressed the edges and sealed the desk/vanity with AS clear wax.

I had a difficult time getting good pictures because my client came to pick it up when I was done and I didn't have much time to snap  the after photos.

The Hydrangeas from my neighbor are still going strong!

  1. So beautiful....and the desk is gorgeous too! ;-) Seriously, that is stunning and I so love that color blue! I'm hoping to make myself incorporate some color in the new house. I seem to be stuck in neutral tones and can't get out of the rut!
