Spellbound Dresser

I found this dresser at a local thrift store and had to have it!  I do seem to have an obsession with dressers.  My hubby thought a dresser would look good in a dark blue so I figured I would take his idea and complete it.

Crazy, not paying attention, distracted BEFORE photo! Ha ha ha
I chose Spellbound by Benjamin Moore and made up my home-made chalk paint and started to paint away.  I decided the dresser needed a little somethin'-somethin' so I added a little Rub-n-Buff in antique gold to some of the details.  The next steps were to distress and add AS dark wax.

This picture captures the truest color of the dresser I think--the dark wax made it a sort of blue with green hints.

Trying different things on my camera:

It's now for sale!
