Little Red Table







 Last week I found this cute nightstand at the Goodwill and I loved the curved front of the drawer.  

 Before:
 The table is well made ( by Stanley Furniture Co.), but just needed some care.  I needed a nightstand in my new bedroom, so I pulled out Barn Red by The Urban Rooster  and got to painting.  My hubby wants a red and white look in our new room so I decided to try red for the nightstand.  After 2 quick coats of paint, I distressed and sealed it with wax.

    Red is one of my fav colors. What a gorgeous little piece, and matching decor!

      Thank you Patti-I am loving the red and we picked up the phone many years ago at an antique shop in Carmel, CA. We live in a 100+ year old farm house so when we see something over the years that just seems like it would be in our old home we buy it.

    I love that shade of red. My grandparents had a huge cedar chest that he's painted with that shade.
