Kitchen Scale Side Table

I was at the Flea Market-AGAIN!-and found this old, funky but beautiful table.  I recently had some chairs reupholstered and needed a small table to go between them and I thought this table would be perfect.

Before:
Potential!

The top needed some serious work!
I got out my hand sander and went to work on the top.  The top was not made of beautiful wood but I like it any ways.  After sanding I applied AS dark wax.
For the legs and base I painted them in Miss Mustard Seeds Kitchen Scale--LOVE the color!
After the paint dried I scraped and then waxed and was done!

Love the color variations!
