As many of you know I have this habit of picking up stools and painting them. I am not sure why I am drawn to stools, but I am.
Before:
I am still going through a "green" phase and I painted this stool in a vintage green color with chalk paint and then heavily distressed it and sealed it with dark wax and hemp oil.
For now the stool has found a happy spot near my mantle!

DeleteLove that shade of green! What color is it? Would love to put that color on a few things.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jennifer-I made up the color until I got what I had in my head for a color. I like being creative and mixing away. To make a base green brighter I add a yellow and to make it a richer color I add blue to the green.
