Finds of the Week #28 and #29

Since Christmas I have been on the hunt for treasures, but I have not shared what I have found.  Between the Flea Market, Thrift Stores and CL I have found so many great things.

Very weathered, but sturdy patio set
Artichoke with glass glitter and pretty ribbon
Gold Frame
Great old Crock with a blue stripe
New chalk paint by Urban Rooster-I used it this week and love it!
Beautiful, but damaged dresser
Silver champagne bucket and finials

I painted this set in one of the new chalk paints yesterday--any guesses which color?
My favorite find was this gorgeous pitcher by Weller-so in love!
Love the crackle and the stripe!

Large buffet-can't wait to get it painted!

Gorgeous blue vintage frame

Cute watering can

Vintage suitcase

Lovely mirror-found a new home in my daughter's bathroom

Pair of Frenchy chairs

Great Ugly dresser with potential-finished it today!

Vintage black suitcase with great initials

Gold Mirror

Side Table by Drexel

  2. You find the best stuff, Darrielle! I love the gold mirror. The patio set would look great in either a shade of green or aqua!

  6. What beautiful findings:-)
I do envy you on the other side of the pond all the opportunities to come across all those old treasures. Here in Poland it's almost impossible to find these things and even if you are lucky enough to find them the price is so high that you have to give up.
Have fun doing your projects, I can't wait to see the final effect:-)
    Greetings:-)

    2. What a great haul! I really love that first dresser. And I'm a big fan of champagne buckets. I have two, and pretend that they're trophies since trophies are so expensive that I can't afford one!

    1. Thank you Tamara-I love the hunt and the transformation but then lose all interest in my things after I have painted them! I do a few shows during the year and then I have locals dealers who come pick through my finds for their shops. It is fun so see the things I find in the local shops. What I would like is a big workshop!
