Canvas Banners

Awhile back I ordered a set of canvas flags from Decor Steals and was waiting for a chance to use them.  This week I pulled them out because it was my daughters 11th birthday and I wanted to make a new sign for her.
Here are the flags as they came:
I received 6 sets of 6 flags in a canvas material.

I got out some chalk paint and started to paint away.  I decided to write out the words CELEBRATE and SPRING.  I thought celebrate would be a good word to use since I could use the banner for many parties or situations not just birthdays.  I used some rubber stamps for the letters and black craft paint.

For the stripes I used painters tape to mark off the stripes and I used some left over green chalk paint I had made.

Hung between the French doors for her Birthday dinner

I love how easy and simple these were to make and I plan on making a bunch more.
