DecorSteals.com and Me!






I was checking my emails on Sunday and got an email that was a great surprise.   Kristen from DecorSteals.com  said that she had read my blog and really liked my grain sack chair and wanted to feature it this coming week when they sell the fabric on the website!  She wanted to know if I would give permission for them to use my photos and link to my blog.  Wow-was I felling good about that and I of course said yes!  I have only been bloggng for about 8 months and so far it has been so rewarding and being asked by DecorSteals.com to feature a piece of my furniture made me feel so good!  If anyone is interested in purchasing the great fabric it should be up on DecorSteal.com on Tuesday.  The fabric is great and I will be purchasing some more!

    I love, love, love how this turned out! I have 2 wingbacks to upate asap. How many yards did you need, and did you have it professionally reupholstered, because it looks soo perfect?!

      Thank you-yes I had my friend who upholsters do the chair for me. I wasn't brave enough with the stripes to try it. I gave her 9 yards but I think she only used about 6.5
