"Stuff" Suitcase re-do

I found this metal suitcase at the Flea Market and thought is was very cute, so it became mine!
Before:

I really fell in love with the handle and the inside pattern ( I know that sounds strange, but it is true).
I mixed up some home made chalk paint and gave the suitcase a paint job.  I asked my daughter what she would use this suitcase for and she said "stuff" (pre-teen description) so I decided to stamp  "stuff" to the front in black paint.  I love how it turned out.
Here is my stamp set-

What makes these easy to use is that one side of each letter is a magnet and there is a metal block to pick up the letter and press down with--Easy-Peasy.
The final step was using dark wax to seal it.

Now you know why I fell in love with the handle!

Great old metal clock I found at the same time
The gorgeous insides!
Love, right?

I love how it turned out!

Chest on Chest French Provincial Dresser

This Great dresser was another find at my local Flea Market!  When I saw it at my favorite vender's space , I knew I had to have it.  It is made by Thomasville and very heavy.
Before:

The top needed some major TLC
I mixed up my own beachy-Frenchy blue chalk paint and painted away.  I distressed the dresser and hemp/oil waxed the dresser.  I love how it turned out.
I don't come across chest on chest dressers very often.

It is more of this color in real life

LOVE it!

Kitchen Scale Side Table

I was at the Flea Market-AGAIN!-and found this old, funky but beautiful table.  I recently had some chairs reupholstered and needed a small table to go between them and I thought this table would be perfect.

Before:
Potential!

The top needed some serious work!
I got out my hand sander and went to work on the top.  The top was not made of beautiful wood but I like it any ways.  After sanding I applied AS dark wax.
For the legs and base I painted them in Miss Mustard Seeds Kitchen Scale--LOVE the color!
After the paint dried I scraped and then waxed and was done!

Love the color variations!
