Gorgeous Grey Buffet

Here is another find from the Santa Cruz Flea Market.  I found this sort of beautiful buffet/dresser at one of my favorite venders stalls and had to have it.  It needed some work, but I knew it would look good soon.
Before:
As I was driving home I pictured the piece in a soft grey and white.  I mixed up a nice grey color  that had blue undertones from my stash of Oooopsie paint ( my favorite free kind!) and then made it into chalk paint with Plaster of Paris.  After painting the buffet/dresser in grey and white I painted on a wash of watery Coco brown, wet distressed and waxed.
Viola!

GORGEOUS hardware!
LOVE

The front details did even get noticed until the paint was applied. Now its a great feature.

Love it!
